Working with the centre manager and leadership team we planned a day full of fun where each team within the centre had a chance to showcase their work, through practical activities, presentations, song and dance! Teams made connections with their own work, explored their local community and tested their knowledge with a quiz.

In a day filled with fun and laughter staff felt they had an opportunity to get to know each other a little better on both a professional and personal level, increase their knowledge and understanding of the community they serve and celebrate their successes.
